No I don't so can hear it alittle downstairs because it’s a house but I doubt you can hear it in an apt or you can get a thick mat to put under that should help

Have you lost weight or at least seen a difference in using this?

I’m not sure about the weight loss because I didn’t get it for that purpose so I haven’t tracked that but i would say if you currently are not getting any steps in during the day this will make a difference.
