Does the tester need a valid payment method on their Amazon account to test IAP in a test environment? I am running into issues, where the user is blocked (account on hold) because of payment method even though this is just a test payment

Yes, testers will need to register payment info, but they won't be charged for the LAT or any test IAP purchases.

There is a bug while submitting the app : data collection questionnaire is not opening and automatically selects the option that the app doesn't collect any data. Hope Amazon fix this issue asap
