Calms the dressing room. And I think that these group talks aren't that all important in his style. He connects with the players personally. Both are very difrrent styles, and both works

he is a calm person in general, he was calm as a player as well. I think he got one red card in his carreer. But as a manager, its different, when you see something unjustified (either a referee decision or a tackle), you feel that you need to stand up for your players on the pitch. He said something similar in the video: "I'll defend you to death in the press conferences"

Xavi sees it in a calmer way, Arteta sees it in a more passionate way. I think that in football if you show ppv it is to plan the play and not lose details, not to explain what you want to say. Arteta motivates you, he motivates himself and his team to be able to demonstrate what a team can do with all its potential.
