Great comment. Mikel is a very grounded individual and that’s because of his family. As Arsenal fans we need to take a long hard look at ourselves and realise we are on the right path. Success does not come overnight it takes time. Klopp has been an excellent manager but he has only managed to win the Premier League once in his time at Liverpool FC.

One of the best managers in world football.Passionate, intelligent, single minded, ruthless but with a big heart too. How he managed to get the fans,players, board and every single person involved with Arsenal football club literally singing from the same hymn sheet is nothing short of a miracle. It’s pure genius. The toxic atmosphere when he arrived at the club and the venom directed at him and the Kroenke’s was hard to watch. Football can be so fickle. To hear the fans now singing loud and proud and totally behind the team is so heart warming. Long may it continue.

I love Mikel's mentality. He had a decent career. Not very flashy of course like some of his compatriots but he never let that make him a less than able coach. He has a powerful mind that refuses to give up. Eyes of a hawk that spell determination. He inspires me to never give up.
