OoOo a frame around the mirror would really set it off too!! I've seen folks do bathroom mirror frames with dollar tree foam board and contact paper like you had! Idk how you feel about a thick frame, but a think one could be neat too! I've seen electrical tape used as well. So many options. ( I'm currently in analysis paralysis with decorating 🥹)

I'm a huge fan of Microban too🌻especially since COVID-19. I grew up using Barkeeper's Friend. We clean very similarly, only difference I use a Bissell handheld steamer in my bathroom as I'm wiping down. You're a great Wife/Mom🤗. It's not easy Making a house a home for your family but it's done out of love, I can tell😇. Be Blessed 🙌🏾🙏🏽.
