Yeah... It's been a total failure in Dubai... so now let's make the same in Batumi, Georgia ! 😂 Ridiculous ! How about putting first some proper drainage and basic sewage all over the town so that we don't get flooded every time it rains ?

If it was a 'copy' as Chinese people copy everything, then we would make it to look like a Palma as it's built in Dubai. Don't drink water to not copy others, be original.

Утопия которая не будет реализована.Опыт строительства такого комплекса в Дубаях показал его несостоятельность,вода оказавшая заперта в искусственными барьерами заболачивается издавая вонь. Власти Дабай тратят колоссальные деньги на принудительную циркуляцию воды. Властям в Грузии на это точно не будет выделятся деньги ввиду скудного бюджета которого не хватает даже на реабилитацию Бульвара, так что даже теоретически при реализации начального этапа, уже столкнется с колоссальной экологической проблемой.

The project is up and running. On September 3rd 2022 prime minister of Georgia Mr. Irakli Garibashvili attended the opening ceremony of the project. This project WILL BE DONE BY PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE . There are BIG AUTHORITATIVE COMPANIES as sub contractors included.

I agree to you. We Germans here in Batumi, under which some of us doing the infrastructure renovation in Batumi and other parts of the coast, we dont believe it either. Furthermore the location isn't properly choosen. Bad Infrastructure and terrible toxic Gasoline smell in this area that gets worse and worse as the city grows.

IF you can actually build it (many here doubt it because of the sudden depth of the black sea at this location), people will run away after first visit, because of the terrible smell from all the Gasoline and Oil Tanks in the Tamar Settlement behind. Something the City seems to be unable to solve. Terrible unhealthy toxic smell that often fills even up the entire old city of Batumi.

The next Problem is the really really bad quality of Infrastructure in Batumi..Its on a level 50 years behind Central Europe. If you want to attract rich westeners, i doubt they will come or stay. Some of us are already here since quite some time and we can only shake our heads daily, by the bad quality of most things inside and around Batumi and the pure stupidity we witness here. Id have moved the Island to Gonio or Kobuletti. Much better locations IMHO.
