Suraj is spot on ; congress and bjp both are in the same boat when it comes to disrespecting Ambedkar. It was the Congress which never honoured Ambedkar with Bharat Ratna, it never implemented reservations in jobs and education sincerely causing a huge backlog only to be filled by VP Singh govt, it was during congress rule majority of atrocities on backwards were committed, congress used Ambedkar only for votes and power. Unfortunately for the backward castes the bjp is no better but also just following the congress much vigorously….

Today's Dalits are educated and they can decide who is wrong and who's correct. Instead of giving importance to the feelings of dalits Amit Shah could have apologize to the Dalits.
