As a Tara main I am so glad you mentioned that she needs a buff. She is a little over-reliant on her super (which is one of the strongest supers in the game imo) but the charge rate is abysmal (I can see why since it can technically pull a 1vs3 by itself in the right situation). I think buffing her in a way that releases her from being so dependent on her super would be nice, maybe a slight damage+health buff.
