Oh, No! Beyoncé tried that and got shut down. The WS gatekeepers don't want Black artists in Country Music because of fear of competition. They are afraid we would take it over, and we would. Funny thing is country western music is a genre that was created by Black artists. Check out Ray Charles and Charley Pride earlier recordings and many other Black country artist you'll never hear about. Amber Riley is one of many examples of how Native Black Americans shine despite all the obstacles that are put in our way.
