I have noticed in Barrel racing that it seems Canada uses the right-hand barrel first. America seems to use the Left-hand barrel first. Is there a difference? Does it matter which side is done first?

Doesn't matter ..can. Go either direction...depends on your horse and how they like to turn

Idk where u are in America but here in KY we usually go to the right barrel first
