​@@FinkwoodWhen did she say she lost the 89lbs? I think she said recently that she lost it in the Krystal era but when she started filming then she was 370-380 and only got bigger. Then she said another time she lost it when she had the hysterectomy bc of cancer and shamed everyone for asking about it. (She didn't lose weight bc of cancer. She wasn't end-stage, at death's door or on any chemo which is what makes people too sick to eat.)

You don’t have to sacrifice dressing - just include a vinaigrette (with healthy oil - not seed oils) - the acetic acid will slow down digestion, and help food better digest; and doesn’t spike blood sugar, near as much as the food would, otherwise. Never forget that even if her weigh-ins now are indeed accurate - she is still more than 100 lbs heavier than her starting weight when she started her channel >10 years ago. That's not what success looks like.

Well they are one of the healthiest things she can eat, she just has to make sure they are cooked thoroughly and she's ok. Luckily, she likes to cook things to death so I don't think she needs to worry.

As a super morbidly obese shorty, she would need to have serious planning involved in order to go to and enjoy any concert. I'm a shorty and the worst concert experiences I have had were at venues I didn't know beforehand so I couldn't find a strategic spot to place myself. If I stand in the crowd, I will see _nothing_ (or maybe the head of someone on stage, some of the time) because I am so short that an average person's shoulder height is above my line of sight. So I can't just look over the shoulder of the person in front of me like normally tall people can. So if I can, I secure myself a spot where nobody can be standing right in front of me. In the venue I went to the most, they had a space barricaded for the light and sound technicians to be and do their thing - and I developed the habit of placing myself right behind that area, so I had a couple of yards in front of me that was not filled with people but with technical equipment and only the few sound technicians. I don't go to the front row. I don't like to have so many people so close to me. And because of my height, people tend to literally overlook me... But _I_ have never had any issue standing for the time of the concert. Amber would.
