My mom would have been offended, mood shift, and me feeling the need to just do it to bring back the peace 😢it’s always been nice to see you and your moms relationship especially since my mom had me young also (15). Our mothers were pregnant around the same time. My birthday was this past Friday I turned 31, my mother is 45…do the math. We had young moms, who made something of themselves. So very proud of them both. I told my mom it’s her birthday as well as it is mine. She’s so grateful for me and treats me like I’m a gift to her every single day as do I with her! Times used to be so hard. I remember people telling me stories about how my mom would take care of me while she was working at Dunkin’ Donuts at only 14 years old at 3 AM attending to me underneath the cash register in my car seat, while she made coffee for the public. Times were so hard, but they are different now. Humble beginnings and endings. Happy birthday Amb 🫶🏾💕✨
