I think it is called herringbone, and it hasn't been in style for a Very long time! It was already going out of style when I was a kid in the 80's. Maybe this is going to be a new trend? The one thing I remember about this style of chain is that if it gets kinked, it gets ruined.

Geez many places rent here is $2000 a month for 1 bedroom and everything else in the rental is shared… But she has credit cards. Yes, she pays them back but does she pay them back in full? Regarding your necklace question- I love both chains! I think if you sold the chains separate from the pendants and let people choose which one they wanted, that would be great! If I had to choose just one chain, I would choose the second one for every day wear. The snake chain is much dressier, imo 😊

9:14 Rather than go for 'sexy', go for 'posh'. Get yourself a nice plaid skirt and an oversized white button-up, mostly unbuttoned and off one shoulder with a tube top under it along with a loose necktie that matches the skirt. Although I suppose that would be more 'sexy posh' rather than just 'posh', lol. But it should be a very comfortable outfit for you along with making the flats look good.

15:21 I think for the cardigan, you'll need to go for layers. Something like a deep cut V bustier, dark color with near-mesh cups, with the cardigan on top of that (for a tiny bit of modesty, lol) with only the top two buttons buttoned and then some sort of jacket over that. I'd probably pair it with some straight-leg slacks and black high-heels. And you'd definitely need some ni**le covers... lol. But you want the pink of the cardigan to pop as an accent, which is why I've suggested darker colors for everything else.
