Love my lutin it is so solid and just handles perfectly and i am stuck on this ome imparticular. And i habe used fk irons boshop wands and many many others to and for some great reasons i love this brand and the machine is my number one workhorse right now i habe really put mine though its paces tattooing everyday solid all day usually at least 4 good size tattoos .if not more

Yo man just got the Lutin, coming from my daily machine being a Bronc V7 machine. 3.7 stroke. What do you run your Lutin at for lining? And what for shading? My Lutin came with a 4.0 stroke. I was running my Bronc machine at 7.6-8 volts for lining and it was a pretty decent all around machine, does lining and shading pretty well. Just tryna figure out how to run this Lutin. Has a bigger stroke than my Bronc but doesn’t feel like it hits as hard, so maybe I got to raise the volts on the higher end?

@swervv2957 the solider hits harder and has a way better cam much more reliable. I like the weight more and the disposable grips are nice. Huge fan of the battery’s and rca attachment options as well as being able to tuck the needles in further on the solider I feel like. Lining around 7-8 and shading depends on blends on the tattoo design and spot

Question I noticed when you double tap the power button the numbers go from white to red would you know the purpose for that

Red may mean “active” if the battery and machine is so quiet they think you’ll try to put a cart in a live machine.

Regular sized torped! Both of those are good but the Lutin and mini torped make a start up sound that doesn’t grow on you.

It’s a pretty decent machine. On the softer side on the hit even with the 4.0 stroke but it def can get the job done. Only prob I have is that the motor will skip a beat once, every couple of hours while using it. Which I don’t like at all. Have exchanged it twice already n on my 3rd one! Hopefully this one is the charm lol

It can but you would really need to take your time. The torped is more of a linework machine this is more of a greywash stipple work

Majority of tattoos are linework heavy and the torped is best for linework. The Lutin can tattoo softer but with the torped you can make up for the heavy hit with increased speedy hand movements running at low voltage with needles tucked.
