My public school literally has everything these private schools have. We have a cafeteria, a café with freshly baked sweets, a school store where you can buy any type of junk food, freezies, fresh popcorn, etc as well as a kitchen where you can get free coffee and tea (sometimes cool food if the food tech teacher cooks anything). You can leave the campus, there’s no dress code, we have smart boards instead of white boards, each classroom has laptops and iPads. We have elevators too like wtf. Like private schools are just schools for rich people to get together 😂 Also people have AirPods and ‘rich’/ ‘nice’ things here too. The only difference is that not everyone has them.

@BossMan In Australia many parents choose to send their kids to private schools. Bullying in Australian private schools is very prominent and many children have committed suicide due to some of the reasons I listed above. Personally I really struggled as my school pitted us against each other and pressure was applied continually. It got to a point where I "developed" an anxiety routine and if I didn't fulfil it daily I would break down. I'm sure not everyone experiences these things but private schools certainly protect instigators.

FROM A PISSED KID WHO SPENT THEIR LIFE (except for middle school which was a great experience,) IN PRIVATE SCHOOL: - to people saying “oh they’re privileged and they don’t care about grades, they have daddy’s money, etc etc *enter crying baby noises*” while you aren’t always wrong, I’ve only ever met one person from all my years at private school who actively flaunted their wealth, and their family wasn’t even rich so she was just overcompensating out of insecurity. You do realize that most private school kids aren’t snobby and brats right? At most, they’re usually just unaware of middle class and lower class, but if they know, they wouldn’t make fun of you or even treat you that differently. They might just be more careful with invites and be more conscious of your budget, and some might even go out of their way to make experiences affordable to you. You also can’t just get into a private school if you have money, at least in my case. The top private schools require you to have outstanding academic records, multiple talents, and if they interview you/student essays, want you to be a sociable person who they can screen to see if you’ll positively impact their community. I’m not saying private school is without flaws, but you are at most times paying for a more advanced and thorough education, and your school may help you get into a better college. Now, can all the people who haven’t even gone to private school please stop complaining? Thanks ❤️

@Anushka Abhishek Although it's not the best form of education. It's stressful, your anxiety levels rise higher all the time. That's not a healthy working space, especially for adolescents. Private schools don't care about the wellbeing, only the money that is being handed out by the parents and the government. Most of them are associated with churches such as the Catholic church and Presbyterian Church, which only want MONEY. As soon as you can get that in your head, the quicker you'll regain brain cells from believing that ALL students at private schools are prodigies. Which they're not. Most prodigies go to state co-ed schools. Don't come at me with your GSCE bullshit in Britain.

My private school: A kid flushed crayons down the toilet and closed the school for a day. The same kid said to a substitute "Do you know da wae" and the teacher said "Do you know the way to the principal's office? Because I can show you." I worked on a project with a horse girl and two other boys. One kid told her to do her work and she said "okay, daddy". An art teacher told this kid to talk about an Asian project because he's 51% Asian. I'm full Asian and wasn't told to do anything. The kids were so racist that at the age of 8 years old, they stretched their eyes and said they were Chinese. I told them to stop and that it was racist. A lunch lady began swearing in front of misbehaving 3rd graders.

I go to a private school and they make us wear suits . It has a church and a really cool canteen. But the bad thing is it's really hard to get into and there is only about 110 of us. Well that also means the school has more money and we get a new laptop every grade and about 4 lockers in total . I think just abt everyone who goes there is rich . We also have enough money for glue sticks . Lol . Not trying to flex on anyone btw

Why the hell a new laptop every year 😨 That’s just wasteful 😭😭
@lilbirdie94353 жыл бұрын
@@verballyconstipated yeah but I'm pretty sure they refurbish them and sell them for about triple the price and that's what makes us so rich
