1:13 that Opel Insignia driver did a brilliant job, he anticipated the situation very good. Normally the rest of the drivers just keep driving like idiots without brains.

Nice, Belgian ambulances have different horns. That would be impossible in the overregulated Netherlands where the ambulances, since a couple of years, must produce the same sound as police cars.
@greymoonz12 жыл бұрын
I find this so weird, how can you differenciate them without visual then :O
@Nox_Eternis2 жыл бұрын
@@greymoonz1 Why would you need to differentiate between them in the first place? Whether it's a police car, an ambulance or a fire truck, if you hear sirens you move to fuck over. No need to find out what it is first, you'll know it when it passes you.
@werneur12 жыл бұрын
Yeah... and they still don't have the same sound🤣 you can clearly hear difference
@nuster78162 жыл бұрын
Even in the Land of Regulation (Germany) we have 3 different Horns.
@ultra_vires2 жыл бұрын
@@Nox_Eternis It's beneficial as police cars may be alerting a danger, rather than simply just wishing to proceed through traffic. Not many countries make a specific distinction though, but making them all sound the same is a step too far.

Super ......différentes tonalités sur les véhicules d'urgences en Belgique pas comme en France la tristesse du deux tons ...😏😏👍
@Holland1994D2 жыл бұрын
2:40 isn't this also a two tone? Besides, there 0 evidence that this wail or welp siren is more effective than a two tone. Two / tree tones is better for sound resonance in big cities.

They were doing an opposite traffic slip through, prob couldn't take a left or had a route planned. Looks like the straight lead to the hospital and I assume that left turn does not have a connecting route.

May I ask why’s the ambulance going so slow? Like bro I can reach that quicker by cycling
@TomPuttemans2 жыл бұрын
Usually that means the patient is already in the ambulance and paramedics are standing up in the back tending to the patient. Or maybe the patient is in a lot of pain, so they prevent the worst bumps in the road by driving more slowly. Also, keep in mind that he's driving in a busy city. You've got to be prepared to brake when someone makes a mistake and walks/cycles/drives in front of you.
@xadosgang8612 жыл бұрын
@@TomPuttemans Humm I am sorry to say it but paramedics doesn't exist in Belgium. They are just BLS - level (kind of). But what you said is true !

Car c'était une urgence vitale. Je ne comptais pas prendre le contre sens, mais le médecin à l'arrière voulait que j'arrive dès que possible. Donc justifié. Je vais pas risquer de perdre une patiente à cause des embouteillages.
