I would’ve wished this was combined with police officer patrol simulator Same map, same game and coop with cops AND paramedics Kinda like the game Flashing Lights, but with this depth would be so neat!

This game runs with too new specs and coding for them to be linked. In one of their livestreams, they said it would take a complete rehaul to get that game to this game’s specs. And it would take 2 years at least.

Paramedic here, those vitals are fine…however the cardiac rhythm was a joke. The most realistic part was you driving over the curb, I was silently screaming “What the fuck are you doing, hop the curb”

@ yeah, in North Carolina. Work for a medium sized county based service. The guy who trained me years back instilled the worst (curb hopping induced rage) habits into me haha.

I know this is minor, but the SPO2 shows an ECG with a heart rate, when in reality it only shows a PULSE RATE, not HEART RATE.

Saline is used to add to blood to give it more volume. The thing in his arm was a tourniquet

1:05 Anyone notice for Jeremy Hall (the character), it says his Birthday Location is February 13, 2003 in Amon Heights. Buuuuuut, in the description is says he's in his early 30's LOL. If he was born in 2003 and IF the game is based on current year 2024, he's be 21. So, either the devs don't know math or I'm guessing the game is based on the earliest year of 2033.

In the full game i would like to see the implementation of applying things like cervical collars and using rigid backboards. Especially for those patients that could likely meet trauma criteria like the cyclist vs car accident.

2:17 - Suspected spinal injury patient, no spinal precautions taken and just carelessly lifted at each end by paramedics so his body sags down into a V shape onto a stretcher that hasn't even been lowered first! 😂

I'm sure they'll fix some of that. Like putting the patient on the backboard, raise/ lower the stretcher etc.

@@haskins_halligan - True, I had forgotten it was a demo. I dunno though, that kind of thing strikes me as being already in its final form, and it's more gameplay issues and glitches that get fixed before the full game is released. But maybe we'll get lucky! 👍

Giving me PTSD lol. When i had a seizure at work just saw a bunch of paramedics and and ambulance outside. Was totally confused. They said i was scarred and didn’t wanna go with them so they put me on a stretcher. Can laugh at it now though 😂

Always test vitals first before doing bandaging… when someone is bleeding that much bloodpressure is most important to see how critical it is. Temperature and saturation come after normally.

First patient had better vital signs then me 🤣 However with that said the game definitely lacks in some places. I'm US based so with that said - no blood sugar obtained, no level of orientation, no SAMPLE/OPQST. ZERO need to take his shirt off and keep him supine unless he felt better that way. Has he been hydrating? Did he eat? Did he get overheated and then dizzy? Also he woulda went straight to the waiting room 🤣

Please play more of this, it looks a fantastic game so far. Really in depth. Watch the cars movement and try to aim for the corridors that they open for you. Also, I wonder if there are certain medications you can administer via the cannula, especially for high heart rates, or is it just saline? Good first attempt though, keep up the good work, loved this video and can’t wait for more content

so you can drive in the opposite lane if needed instead of squeeze through cars..also treat all patients then decide who you load in the ambulance..also survival you need to stabilize patients before anything..oiments if available before bandage..use your horn to add to the siren..adding a mask raises the heart rate..you have other options..u dont have to follow the waypoint exactly if the traffic is high

Something to keep in mind this game appears to be taking place in the US... most states have a law to move out of the way of emergency vehicles to move to the right of the road ways except when ur in the left lane... so if u watch the 2 right lanes move right nd left most lane to the left opening up space to pass between left nd middle lane

The vitals are normal in general. The vitals don't even say stress to me, coming from a paramedic. Also every place is different but most places don't transport non-critical patients with lights and sirens

Want to mention, i dont know if its normal for stress but 91 is very close to entering VTACH, reccommend reaserching it but it means the heart rate is above 100, if its over 100 for over 30 seconds its quite serious and can use the defib

First patients vitals were normal with a slightly increased heart rate likely due to stress. Collect vitals every 15 minutes and place in position of comfort during transport without lights and sirens.

Have to disagree with the game just calling it stress. He looked confused which doesn’t fit. All his vitals that you were allowed to gather looked within normal limits, but a blood glucose level and neuro exam should be allowed to determine if the patient was having a neurological issue
