Just want to ask Lang po if nasa *BLIND CURVE * at emergency naman po bawal parin ba mag overtake ang isang ambulance? Dba pwede naman and other vehicles should halt once heard siren and saw ung light... This is regarding dun sa nasa tulfo as far as I know dapat walang liability nun ung driver ng ambulance dba kasi he's just doing his service to save a life..

It looks like you have start for a great program which may be indirectly reimbursed by retired ex-patriot US medical insurance. Ph. Red cross publicizing collaboration with American Red Cross- makes strong argument for reimbursement of out of pocket urgent-emergent expenses of US tourists by their stateside insurance carrier Medicare Advantage. As an interested surf tourist, I was inquiring about Siargao Island any Emergency Trauma capacity. Does General Luna have an EMS squad? I see Dapa has a new hospital capacity. Does the hospital have expertise to treat coral scrapes-abrasions? What about more serious trauma- head injury? Leg removal fracture is also rare but possibly, as rare surf accidents can occur during surf. If not, is there plan B to EMS transport Siargao to Surigao Mindanao hospital system?
