One thing you missed and I think is pretty important, where is the spare tire? Or do you even have one? I would add a small compressor to keep those tires aired up. Also I see that wood stove chimney getting wiped off by an errant branch, how's that been so far? Anyway, I am beyond impressed on how hard you work at these projects and try to do everything yourself, very resourceful. I would not think of tackling the things you have done already before 25!

not trying to sound like a hater, just trying to bring some info, the gvwr is not payload, gvwr is how much it can tow, the payload is how much you can put on the springs.

Gvwr or gross vehicle weight rating is how much the vehicle itself can weight. This would include people, fuel and whatever else. Towing capacity on the truck is 10k bumper pull. The GCWR gross combined weight rating is truck weight and trailer together. In this rig I believe it is 20k. If the truck weighs 12k then it can only tow a 8k trailer. When I say the GVWR is 12.5k and the weight it 11.5k that would mean another 1k is available on the rig itself. Hence a 1k available payload
