When you are boiling water for rice and cooking rice is the gravy fire still on? Or the flame under gravy dabara off?
@rfamburbiryani7 ай бұрын
It’ll be on dum with lower than medium flame heat .

In description for chef masala you have mentioned nutmeg mace 10gms. Is it 5 gms nutmeg and 5 gms mace? or each 10 gms?
@rfamburbiryani7 ай бұрын
Each ingredients at same weight you can also do it like 1g each but the blender won’t grind it nice .
@saiprasad80017 ай бұрын
@@rfamburbiryani No, what i asked is different. Please read your description box- you say nutmeg mace 10gm. Nutmeg is differnt and mace is different so do you mean both together 10gms or each 10 gms?

@@saiprasad8001 in Tamil it’s called javitri The fruits are opened by hand and the scarlet aril (mace) surrounding the nut is removed. This is removed by cutting with a small pointed knife the attachment of the mace to the base of the nut (nutmeg). So usually I’ll call it as nutmeg mace 😉

You have used garlic and ginger paste separately at differnt times. Can we use both mixed at the same time? Or will the taste be affected badly? I use store bought ginger-garlic paste usually, that's why I ask.
@rfamburbiryani7 ай бұрын
I have made a video on the method I usually cook . You can always explore more and more on cooking there is no limitation. Cook is a soul based thing

Have you mentioned which type of rice you use? I have watched all 3 videos posted in your channel but I don't think anywhere you have mentioned whether it is is jeeraga samba rice or basmati or Bullet?
@saiprasad80017 ай бұрын
oh so sorry you have mentioned in the description. Thank you. But I couldn't help smiling the way you have mentioned : chicken with skin 1kg per kg basmati rice 1kg per kg. One kg per KG ? Without that I would have been very confused, thank you for making it so clear 😀. Jokes apart, very nicely explained. I came across your channel only last night. Now I am sitting and making a list of ingredietns to buy to make biryani for lunch today, your recipe tempted me so much aloong with the easy to follow instructions even though I am from Bangalore (Kannada ) and my mother tongue is Telugu. Thank you. Next video, mutton biryani please.
