hertz is the unit of frequency in the system of units, in this case its the frequency at which the controllers are being tracked, therefore if you had zero hertz your controllers wouldn't track at all.

Headset refresh rate is just the rate that your headset refreshes at 🤯 in short, headset refresh rate (Hz) is just frame rate. For some reason this affects the physics of Gorilla tag. So basically 0Hz headset refresh rate is just... 0FPS..
