hey there! I am actually the guy in charge of making this container, glad you enjoyed it! and trust me, all of the nitpicks you had with it I also had them... a year ago lol, but as you said not really a high-end collectible so we had a lot of tight limitations, fun fact: the reason the wheels don't roll (on top of your popcorn driving away) is because that would change its import classification from "container" to "toy" and it is more expensive to export toys

@@loganwillis8635 that's an issue with the cinemas which happens all over the world and fun fact, they don't care, the know that scalpers will basically camp until the cinema opens, and buy the whole stock day 1 (and that's without mentioning when their own employees hide some stock to buy it themselves at the end of their shift) we've talked with them and they act like they are worried about it and want to fix it but, honestly, as long as the item is paid they don't care who gets it I guess they enjoy the artificial demand that creates too because they are also fixed on not increasing the order qty to increase overall availability so we can't produce more than what they order and even then, by the time the movie hits the theatres we are already 4 months into the next project so even IF we were to do a re-order due to client demand it would take around 2 months for it to be produced and shipped The only solution I can give you is to look for a theatre in your are that isn't that popular that may have some leftover stock

AMC handled this terribly. California went from 12 locations to 2 that were listed as having these. I drove 2 hours today to go see the movie and pick one up at 1 of the 2 but upon arrival everyone was informed that they didn’t have any. Over hearing people in line it appears the other location was the only one in California to get some

I'm sure Jason even mentioned it in a previous video. But still, no doubt it's incredibly frustrating to drive so far to have nothing tangible for your effort. That sucks.

The manager at the location I went to said they were supposed to get 80 and I was the 6th or 7th person in line. There’s people with boxes of them on eBay/marketplace selling for $100+ a day or two before the early Thursday screenings

AMC really pissed me off. Before the movie launched, they had a TON of theaters listed in California. I bought tickets to go there and then they REDUCED the amount of theaters and they cut out the one that i got my tickets from. I"M SUPER PISSED

Everything online said opening night only and listed the 19th. Well my theater showed it on the 18th so they were all sold out when I went to see it yesterday. A big fail on their part for both of us.

Looks great! Makes me realize that the Ecto in the movie is an old version of the car in GB1. Makes me wonder what happened to all the modifications the guys made to the Ecto in GB2.

Ray and/or Egon probably felt that the mods were unnecessary or bulky, and either simplified them to take up less room, or got rid of them altogether.

I only own Hot Wheels, regular sized version, both Ecto-1, and their The Real Ghostbusters, Ecto-1, and their 2016 1989, Ecto-1, and their larger version of Ecto-1. Hopefully I will be able to procure Jada Toys version, and Johnny Lightning's version. This one looks incredible as well. Take care, and all the best.

The AMC theater in ohio said each AMC location only got 9 buckets so they were sold out immediately a friend went for the first showing today and they were already gone. But they did say they would be available online in the next couple weeks.

Holy crap, seriously?! Which two are they? I live in southern California. I have seen in the comments here and in a Facebook group that they will be releasing these popcorn buckets online next week. I hope that's true and I hope there is enough to compensate for the filthy scalpers who are ruining it for people.

I think the AMC one is true 1:18 scale. The Plasma still skimped around the front doors and shortened them.
