I am a lifelong viewer of AMC. I grew up watching all the ABC Soaps. It was a surreal dream come true for me to be on this local crew to work this remote episode at The Mizner in Boca Raton. I was working with the Greensman resetting the plants when they called “Action”. You are not supposed to make eye contact with the Actors and I was frozen like a deer in the headlights. I locked eyes with “Erica” as she began her walk to Jackson…but she was walking toward me! Tears were streaming down my face as I mouthed the words:”You Look So Beautiful!!”. That big smile she first gave to Jackson in the cut-in shots, were in response to my comment! I will Always fondly remember my experience on this set and meeting all who I grew up watching! Thank you, AMC for all the shared moments!!

They divorced in 2007, and were on again/off again. Jack left the show for a while in 2009, but came back in 2010. He and Erica got engaged later that year. They were getting ready to get married in 2011 but Erica was kidnapped as she was on her way to the rehearsal. I think Erica wanted to get married, but was afraid to because it always ended in divorce, and she didn’t want to put either of them through that again.
