Part 1 - The Chateau Gas Explosion

The Chateau once again is destroyed, this time by a gas explosion brought on my Mark Dalton's free-basing druggie friend. The girl lights a match while everyone is investigating a gas leak in the restaurant. Ellen and other Pine Valley elite are injured in the explosion.

Ruth was such a waste of talent eventually. They could have continued to write great stories for her over the years, and I was not happy when they basically phased her character out.
