I love AMC! The generic names were so funny and great! Center City, The Glamorama, The Pit, The Valley Inn, The Pine Cone Motel, and the best one The Boutique. LOL

The Steam Pit. Lacey’s department, can’t remember if it was AMC or GH. Also Nexxus club in NYC.

@@triciajohansen7124 That was the whole point. She and that Olga Lady who ran the Modeling Agency, did everything to keep Greg & Jenny Apart. In The UK the most memorable Teen Romance in the 1980's was with Ricky Butcher & Samantha Mitchell on Eastenders and Leanne Battersby & Nick Tilsley on Coronation Street.

BTW, Myrtle hated Enid because she was very close to the late Jenny Gardner and Enid made Jenny and her son's, Greg's, relationship miserable, so there's some back history here.....

We're getting the actors out of order here. This Wilma, who originated the role, is Jo Henderson. She played it from 1985-86, and when she was unavailable, Ruby Holbrook (the redhead Richard mentioned) took over through 1987. Henderson then returned, but died the next year. Wilma remained off the canvas until 1994, when Dana Dietrich (who Tony mentioned) took over the part.

I never cared for Natalie. Right off the bat, watching this, she wasn't from Pine Valley, so what did she care about any of these people thinking of her? She showed up to 'break up' Erica and Jeremy, and suddenly she just became the Pine Valley victim. She had been married to Jeremy's father, she surely could just pack up and leave this small town, if no one liked her. I never understood why she stayed? Made friends? Where? But it all seemed odd to me she turned up to challenge Erica and suddenly she was the femme fatale. She married Adam. I guess from this, she married Palmer at one time, too. I didn't watch any of this about this alleged rape, as I didn't care for Natalie as a victim or Ross as the accused. Suddenly Ross is going to be a rapist?

If you watched the entire story (I did), the prejudgmental notion you describe is exactly what the storyline sought to dispel. They had an affair. She wanted it to stop. He didn't. It was brilliantly done.
