I think the difference in cash flow to net profit is amortization of the Xilinx acquisition. That is also the cause of the share issuance. The other thing to remember is that they don't have a fab and are at the mercy of Tsm, Samsung and Intel to build their chips, where intel owns their Fabs.

I just came here to say that i bought AMD in 22 for 75 USD. Rn it's at 159, the lesson I learnt is do your own research and trust your instinct. I saw their video and sold my shares with minimal profit which would've been doubled by now. I'm pissed off but there's nothing i can do now. I'm not spreading hate towards the channel but it was a pretty bad, pretty bad analysis towards the trend.

NVDA revenue TTM is about 30% more then AMD but is almost 4x the value per share. I think AMD is in position to become a contender in the GPU arena. There is a lot of market share to chew off NVIDIA. Intel will never become a GPU contender in my opinion. It’s too late for them. But it’s not too late for AMD. In my opinion there is more upside potential with AMD then Nvidia. I wouldn’t be surprised to see it double in this next year. But if that happens I’m definitely selling and waiting for a correction to 130-150 before buying in again.

I think it’s just a PE issue. Generally speaking, the valuation metrics of a tech company that has huge potential is not the same as it was 20 to 30 years ago. The consensus now of the US market is that stocks go up in the long run, because America has brillant companies. If US is about to tank, it’s hard to find a place that is not gonna tank. So you should pay higher premium for a good quality U.S. company. That being said, a PE of 20 is a bit too low for the highest assumption. I think 18 to 20 should be the lowest assumption. The highest assumption should be staying somewhere around 30ish. Only personal opinion tho. Thanks for the wonderful content.

i am looking forward to their new mid tier cards that are being released on the 6th. nvidia messed up hard on the midline cards. AMD has a real chance to make some sales with their RX-7800xt and RX-7700xt cards.

My guess is KZbin algorithm is only showing you some of our videos. If you go look around the site, you’ll see that we to a lot of different companies and yes, there are some stocks that we will do once or twice a month to stay engaged with the community regarding snowflake, we’ve done it a few times and it’s over priced. Buying AMD stock is my biggest regret in 2023. They have amazing leader, Dr Lisa Su. But, AMD has missed opportunities repeatedly to catch up on software side of the business. Their Drivers are terrible. Installing ROCm, which has been AMD's AI gameplay is killing any startup or large company shying away from using AMD GPUs for the lucrative AI business. AMD will take years to catch up, when it does it will be late to game.

To give AMD some credit for their R&D investment which could payoff in the coming year is with the release of 8000 series APU with GPU and CPU that could be production powerhouse like Apple M2 chips. In the client segment AMD could make massive gains.
