Glad I found these recordings--absolutely embrace the loud drums ,chanting & screams. Sitting on the side of my bed, eyes closed...something inside begins to move. Slow, steady rhythm--shoulders--neck begin to move--up on my feet. Doing a pow wow all by myself.

This is absolutely beautiful soul stirring music with beautiful people their heart Native dress. The sounds of the drums are so moving....so beautiful...they have been beating the drums for a long long time...never tire of hearing them. Where do they get all the feathers as they are in every costume? I love looking at the colourful dressage and amazing beading.Thanks for sharing this video. I love it!

My name is robert luke temanuao murray from newzealand from the ngati maniapoto tribe a sub tribe of waikato tainui tribe im sooo in awe seeing other indigenous nations around the wolrd and proud to see traditions are being upheld and shared amongst the world to see through art/music/dance/story telling first off i love the energy from both drummers and the dancers and the outfits am sorry if i butcherd the name of the fine attire the natives are wearing such amazing art the colors the hours i can only imagine going into creating them it appears theres more to what the eye can see that goes into them and the array of feathers ive noticed im guessing theres a massive significance to them i wont insult by asking as i feel theyr sacred in some way ty for sharing this video

This great powwow all the plain tribe Sioux and Cheyenne crow black feet and flat head shoeswee and Uta and pieputah and arpaopo Cree comacha kiow coddad these plain tribe of middle west wyoming ans Montana Utah Nebraska and Kansas north and south Dakota Idaho Canada these tribe are the middle west tribe I live these tribe for long while 1985 and 1986 learn from and study there way of life I love them very much
