I’m currently based in Ubud, but I’ve been considering a move to Amed. Your video was a great starting point for exploring the area. I decided to check out Jemeluk and Lipah Beach and was pleasantly surprised by how easy they were to reach. The snorkeling was fantastic, especially around high tide when the water conditions were ideal. I saw a vibrant array of fish in both spots. For a bite to eat, I tried Sunrise Cafe & Bungalows and really enjoyed their Mahi Mahi. But thanks for the snorkeling tips

Thank you so much! I haven't stayed in Uluwatu for a longer time, only did a day trip there, so I don't really think I can judge. But Uluwatu is definitely more "hip" with a lot of surfers, as Amed is more calm and chilled with great diving spots.
