They have such a great connection, but Kai has this lone wolf thing where they don't seem to want a family. I know they said they don't want kids. Which is a valid choice (Although not sure why you would want to date someone that has a child if you feel that way) but aside from 1 on 1, they don't seem comfortable. Which again, is valid. Not everybody likes to be surrounded by people. However, Amelia said her life is messy. She has an ex husband. A child. A co parent. 2 sisters. Meredith's kids. Amelia is someone that seems to need chaos around her to stop her intrusive thoughts that cause her to act out. Or atleast she enjoys being with the people she loves. I can understand those feelings of attraction to a person, but if everything else is not what you want, what are you doing? I kind of feel annoyed at Kai for being so sure of what she wants, yet showing Amelia what they could be when it would only happen if she stopped being a mum and distanced herself from everyone.

I perfectly understand the situation in what both of them are! Amelia's life, like she said is messy, and it's a kind of mess that you can't get out when a child is involved, and Kai...I perfectly understand her because I identify with her feelings. Why romantically getting involved with someone that her life is completely the opposite of yours? It's very hard to control feelings. It's something that happens.

@@salemstorme If I am referring to two or more people, I would say they, but when it's only one, and as far as I understand grammatically that person is a woman, I would say "she". Why being ashamed of being a lesbian. That is if you are proud of being a "lesbian" or gay woman. Neither one of them portraits someone ashamed or sorry of being a woman. If they were transgender that is a different story!
