Yeah if i am in Paris, i think the cultural will be my last stop too. Not just you alone. I know to some it can be a shame but not to us though...lol. Going shopping with husband and here are their standard remarks "Don't you have that already or don't you already have something similar" The speedy trunk is certainly a very special piece from LV to bring home or to have that. Mmm .. depends where you want to be close to. Samaritaine I thought was a cool area to stay and the store there is very friendly. For pure shopping, rue saint honore area might be better. Though still then an Uber to champs elysee or the other department stores. Though I think that’s inevitable wherever you stay it is so spread out
