I am genuinely feeling so grateful for this life full of beautiful moments and memories like this one. your life is what you make it and every day is a new day/opportunity to change your mindset and make the most of your life. it is so easy to wake up and think of all the things "wrong" in your life, what you wish you did in the past, or to be hard on yourself. but you can't hate yourself into loving yourself.
chasing your goals is important. finding balance is important. loving your life is important. if you hate wha you have to do to reach your goals.... then those are not the right goals for you (or its time to find a new approach to reaching them). if you don't love it, you cannot sustain it. thats why it is so important to be spontaneous, splurge and spend some extra money on yourself, eat some ice cream late at night with friends etc!! life is too short to stress about the things that bring you joy! remember that.
