its the sample played so fast it becomes a pitch. You can try to do that with literally any sample. And if you play two different rythms really fast it becomes a harmony (harmony is prety much a poly rythm) What is interesting about this is that technically music is a rythm fractile since even pitch is a rythm at its core Hopefully that made sence
