I actually think that eventually imo that Amen will be the best player on the team but whenever I say this all these so called Rockets experts come out of thee we woodwork and call me all kinds of names. Same thing happened during the pre draft process when I kept wanting us to draft Evan Mobley over Green. I was called every name on the book then. People were telling me that Mobley would be a complete bust just like Sam Bowie and that Green is the second coming of Michael Jordan.

As a Pistons fan watching this makes me want to cry. Amen was considered by everyone to be the _LESS_ good defender of the two. I can only imagine how Ausar feels. But of course we got the twin who had life threatening blood clots instead of growing an another 1-2 inches. Apparently the Pistons being f**ked over from every angle possible is karma for the Lions. We better win a Super Bowl. Now I know how Clippers fans feel. Everything that can go wrong does.

Before the draft, Amen was considered to be the better defender, better athlete, and better distributor hence why he was drafted first. Your fanbase was the one that made that better defense narrative when Amen was injured last year to cope.

fr even going back and watching Ausar's defensive highlights in his rookie season you can see that he lives and breathes defense. there are even some clips of Ausar chirping up to Amen for letting someone beat him in ISO. Amen is looking incredible RN though 🤩
