sir special majority agar absolute rhkene hi hai toh 2/3 specific kyu kiya result toh binding absolute se hoga na because waha ki majority se dekh rhe hai..

What if we have 450 present &voting in loksabha with 543 total membership. So , absolute majority will be 543*50% = 272.5 (273) The special majority would be 2/3*450= 300 . And total preople voting in favour are 280. So , your absolute majority is satisfied but your special majority isnt ,thus failing to pass. I hope it is clear now.🙏

हम लगातार सुनते हैं संविधान निर्माण में 2 वर्ष 11 महीने और 18 दिन का समय लगा लेकिन कई जगह पढ़ने को मिलता है संविधान निर्माण में 2 वर्ष 11 महीने और 17 दिन लगे थे। दोनों में से क्या सही है।

Sir agar koi kam 25 ko chalu hua aur 26 ko khatam hua to minus kar k dekhiye kitne din hue 26 -25 = 1. Lekin kaam hua kitne din 25,aur 26 yani 2 din . Bas yahi concept hai. I hope it helps .🙏🙏
