LISTEN,,,,,,,I have been a craftsman for over thirty years in the metal trades/welding Industry. I have spent 10’s of thousands of hard earned dollars on equipment, tools and machines. I have never spent money on a better Tool/Machine than I spent on my AmeriBrade grinder. I LOVE this thing !! The quality is the very best part for me, I cannot express enough how much I appreciate this grinder and the pride that went into it….for me. This was hand made by great craftsman and it drips with quality. It took a while to get and was so worth the wait. Thank you Kevin for all your text communication and keeping me up to date on the progress during the initial COVID pandemic. I highly recommend this product for anyone who wants quality, beauty and mite in a machine that will help you with many projects no matter the level of your experience or needs. That’s so awesome! I just bought the fastback! So pumped! 2 hp vfd and combo platen with 6 inch wheel. I’m going to have to make a video about it. Just don’t tell any of my subscribers lol I making moves making videos. :)

Awesome. If you can dedicate the space, I highly recommend mounting it. It just doesn't move- one of my favorite aspects of it

I hear they are good makes. Regarding the motors, what brand names motors are offered and volt/HP ? I have seen their machines but no one speaks about the VFD or motors.

Has the fact that they chose a 2" tooling arm rather than the more common 1.5" caused you to have any regrets buying this machine? I am considering this or an OBM but leaning towards OBM for a better price and 1.5" arm compatibility. Thanks

Very nice grinder. I see they say there lead times are now 6 weeks. I wonder if that is pretty accurate or if it is taking longer than that.

I received mine in less than 6 weeks, and they were asking people to prepare for 6 weeks at that time as well.

Why did you go with the 7 inch power wheel over the 4 inch and what's the difference?

The big difference is belt speed. If you are working in big pieces, you are going to want 7"

It comes with a nice one, and all of the hex heads for the same size.
