Every state is different. Some states are best and some worse . Every state is like a different country. Even car number plate changes . People change .even accent changes too 😂😂❤❤❤law changes too. Like every country it has bad neighborhoods. Reason why? There are people who want to do bad stuff and steal . They can’t stop stealing If you have brain you could get free education and change your life . But some don’t . I tired helping some and they didn’t wanted to change . What can you do ? I tired with young guy that was black and tired to tutor but I failed . But I didn’t failed with these Spanish twins. I use to volunteer to help high school students long time ago . Spanish girls made it to college . Alhumdulillah
