HAHAHA....nice one, so can this " American exceptionalism" be used to stop Russia or China?...from what is happening in ukraine, the answer seems to be No....so,"American exceptionalism" should be replaced by "Chinese exceptionalism" !! Which will then be a sound phrase and not a joke bec. atleast the country that will saying this has a real history and civilization.
