This was very well explained , I personally have to be a vegan on a gluten-free low-sugar diet, the foods that I get, have to last a very long time, without a refrigerator, which is why I only usually eat rice, rice is the type of food that you can utilize in emergency situations, and can last you for over a year. Spreading awareness of Personal hygiene, sanitation, improper internal temperature, Holding, and buying from unapproved sources , can help save a life from food contamination, I approve of this message. I do believe that being vegan, can better people's life, as that has bettered my life, yeah everyone has a choice and a decision in life that creates them to be who they are, Yet I pray that people can better their self buy seeking to improve their lifestyle. I almost forgot that microwaves even exist hahaha I live off the grid. I cook with candles, and usually only eat rice. The reason why I am vegan, is because I love the animals, and I do not believe that butchering animals is okay, especially when they do that to millions and millions of those innocent creatures, also I do not believe in animal abuse of dairy either, because they literally bruise their utters just to put machines on their utters, Also, I am vegan because I used to do veterinarian at home things for cats and chickens, and I found that parasites are very common for them, and I had to buy a bunch of dewormers for them to get rid of their issues, but then the chickens had mites, and that did not go away for them, and I found out that the larvae of the contaminations that the animals have, can carry in their muscles, which is what you all are eating in their dead corpse, I am a vegan for many reasons, I definitely do recommend everyone to the vegan diet, for many reasons, everybody has their own choice, but I do believe that everybody should make the best wise decisions in life. I would have enjoyed watching her clean more than I did her showing foods that were unhealthy, but yet, what she was saying was definitely important as far as the sanitation goes.
