If you live out of Pakistan that is the best way to go, since look at all our prophets (may Allah have Peace be upon them). They always lived in non Muslim/non believers society they did business with them, they preached them. Allah rewards you on your struggle not you success, if success was the goal then prophet Noah (may Allah have Peace be upon him) would not praised in Quran, his genuine struggles was hir greatest achievement. If you dont live in non Muslim society how could you even understand and give dawa to other people, also the practicing Muslim in America and Canada are at the level of most alims in pakistan, on top of that in Pakistani Muslims have habit of doing shirk and you might get involve in it, at least here you know what to do what not to do. There are so many Muslims here who learn the Quran with understanding, the Quran was not given to only memorize and get 10 good deeds from each letter, that is the plus point not the real purpose.

One question how can Honourable Dr. Sahib predict that that people living in USA has less chance of going to Jannah than people living in Pakistan or any Islamic country. They can be better Muslims following Quran and Hadith living in USA OR ANY NON MUSLIM country. It only Allah knows who will go in Jannah. He didn't mention any specific person that xyz will go to jahannum.
