Look at how high the thing was by the point it cleared the perimeter. Used only 4000 feet and climbed steep. Did seem to take awhile to reach the ocean line though. Classic B752 takeoff.

@@planesguy About 28 seconds from maxing thrust to liftoff. Didn't use full throttle at all. Even a pretty full -200 on a 5 hour flight can get off in about 30 seconds without needing full throttle, but with flaps lower.

Why are the engines spinning before they even start
@planesguy2 жыл бұрын
When not on, the fan blades idle in a "neutral" state where the wind or other factors can spin them freely.
@LethalThreat2 жыл бұрын
Yes it is known as windmilling. The fan does not require much force to get it to rotate. A light breeze will do it. You can even give it a push with your hand and it will start to turn. I know on some aircraft, pilots will stop the rotating with their hand to inspect the blades during the walk around.

This had too be old American has not used the 757 in 5 or more yrs sad 😢 too love American 757 looked so good. But the went with the 321 neo instead and it just sad. Blame boeing for messing up and not keeping up with updating there planes. They could have had a updated 757 if they really tried. Boeing get it together.
