No, Manila is just a city. You likely mean "Metro Manila" which refers to the entire region, but, strictly speaking, that term is obsolete. "Metro Manila" was renamed to NCR way back 1978 precisely to clearly distinguish "Manila" from all the other equally valid LGU's in the region. "Manila" refers only to that city on the western edge of the NCR. Everything else is NOT manila anymore. In fact, "Manila" is a mere 4% of the NCR. Bear that in mind before calling everything here manila. Excuse me...

“This guys another vlogger but he doesn’t wanna talk to me, even though I’m subscribed to him and talk to him.” I absolutely know the feeling mate, It definitely hurts my vibes. But I power through and remind my self at the end of the day I am a solo traveler. Although I want to meet as many fellow vloggers as I can, I cant harbor negative feelings towards the ones who do not wish to meet me. Keep your head up! That cheesecoin looked awesome I can’t believe I missed that when I was at BGC. There were so many things to see, I walked 5 miles at BGC and the navigation on my phone was not working. It took me like 30 minutes just to find the restaurant I was looking for 😂 overall from my personal experience BGC is another one of those areas like Mall Of Asia that I likely will not return to. Great video Solo, I hope you enjoy the rest of your stay.

Looks like you're hesitating to ask locals around for some info...actually, the last part of your video showing filipinas wearing mostly filipiniana gowns was not a company promotion, it is an annual filipino festival in the month of May, locally called Santacruzan or "Flores de Mayo" (Flowers of May) which began in the late 1800. As a generally Catholic country, it is one of the many devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary.. It's participated mostly by beautiful filipino women representing a holy figure with title connected to Mary.

You just gave us an idea who to really subscribe to lol. The "Is she your mother" question though is awkward. Go visit The Peak in Grand Hyatt at BGC, Manila's Highest Roof Deck Bar, or maybe it's even Philippines' highest if the building is still the tallest in the Philippines.

There's a lot more places you can go to! These are the easiest to get to 1. ASEANA City (Okada Manila, Mall of Asia, IKEA (largest one in the world), Parqal Mall, Ayala Mall) 2. Rockwell City 3. Eastwood City 4. Makati City (Ayala Triangle, Greenbelt)

@brotato654 I only got to visit Ayala and loved the green spaces and Salcedo Market! I wish I had seen your list before. Where should I head to first next time, and what's there to see that's close to the city?

Ugh that guy killed your vibe I felt it.. Just don't mind him, he maybe just wanted to be alone and some people find other people's friendliness somewhat weird too. But that's ok it's not your fault, we're all different after all.

BGC is more modern and totally cleaner than Manhattan. When I was in Manhattan, I got unimpressed with it, in contrast to BGC and Makati. NYC and LA areas are really filthy. To some extent, filthier than the slums of Metro Manila.
