American artist George Rodrigue. George Rodrigue became famous for his blue dog paintings. The Blue Dog paintings, based on a Cajun legend of the Loup-garou, catapulted George Rodrigue to worldwide fame.
He painted a bright blue dog with yellow eyes doing all kinds of things, such as Blue dog in space, Blue dog visiting the White House, Blue dog as a cowboy, Blue dog at the beach and even blue dog on a flying carpet!

I live in Louisiana. One year after voting they gave me an I Voted Sticker. I stuck it on my Nook Book cover before I realized it was Blue Dog. It's at 11:34 on this video, the upper left. The sticker is round cutting off some of the picture. Two stars show on the left with a bit of the furthest stripe partially showing. The large star on the right along with two points of the one right of that one showing, very little of the far right stripe showing. I cherish it and no matter what that cover is staying with me.
