I want to say that I like the personality of the people you interview, they are kind and good wishing people, not wanting to say anything bad about anyone. Now I want to answer your wuestions: Im from Norway. Am I afraid of Newclear war? Not really, but it it could happen. And to me the important is: what if I survive with my family? Can K survive in my country? No. They are not prepared. And furthermore we have a structure financed mainly on debt. After a full collapse, we dont have the skills to survive and no access to means to survive by ourself. We would starve to death. How about Biden? He is embarrassing for USA, and all he did was to stirr up war in a quite peaceful world when he started. About Trump? Yes, he could do something good, if he force Israel to calm down, and stop funding Ukraina, because they are clearly telling a false narrative. And lastly what about Putin? Putin is a very good, tolerant and peaceloving man. He did everyhhing to avoid bloodshed, but he also have to secure Russias borders. He have the responsibility to secure the Russian people. And he have done exactly that, in a successful way, and raised the living standard and security to the people in an impressive way. I am old enough to remenber Breshnev, Garbachov and Yeltsin. I remember the cold war, and how we percieved Sovjet back then. A year ago I started to learn Russian language, and I want to, if I can manage to make a living in Russia, I will take my family and move to Russia. Russia have everything good that the west dont have anymore. I feel I could make the success in Russia, that is not available here. I love the Russia I have learnt so much about the last few years.

As a russian I will try to answer those questions too Biden: I feel sorry for the old man cuz I had few relatives who died in such a mental state and it was so rough and cruel to put him in this position. I dont like him but still nobody desevrves such a struggle at this age. At least he spared his son so something good for him. In boots of american citizen first of all I would feel shame and than consciousness because if thats the best dems candidate... like wtf, either usa establishment degraded that bad or cyber gulag is so close to our doorsteps that they dont even trying to look good. Trump: I dont think usa foreign policies will noticeably change with him. But I feel like american people might get a slightly better life so its good on one hand but strong america sucks for the whole world and its bad on the other hand. Putin: prolly the toughest question of all. I do think it was possible to do it better. But thats probably only because im not well enough informed to imagine how hard it was to mediate all this powers and interests inside Russia. Like look at ours oligarchs... theres no good people among them at least not im aware of. And he managed to strangle them enough to make them contribute at least something for people of Russia. Speaking of his representative function I think he is just the best in the world right now. I think if we were back in czars times he would get title "the Great" in history books. Также стоит учитывать, что на Красной площади, от Исторического музея до Васильевского спуска, запрещена съёмка *_со штативом и все постановочные_** съёмки без соответствующего разрешения.* Так что похоже на то, что полицейские просто перестраховались.

Ограничение прав и свобод человека и гражданина возможно федеральным законом только в той мере, в какой это необходимо в целях защиты основ конституционного строя, нравственности, здоровья, прав и законных интересов других лиц, обеспечения обороны страны и безопасности государства (часть 3 статьи 55 Конституции Российской Федерации). Так, Федеральным конституционным законом от 21 июля 1993 года № 5485-1 «О государственной тайне», Федеральным законом от 12 августа 1995 года № 144-ФЗ «Об оперативно-розыскной деятельности» и некоторыми другими законодательными актами предусмотрены ограничения данного конституционного права гражданина. Согласно части 1 статьи 8 Федерального закона от 27 июля 2006 года № 149-ФЗ «Об информации, информационных технологиях и о защите информации» граждане (физические лица) и организации (юридические лица) вправе осуществлять поиск и получение любой информации в любых формах и из любых источников при условии соблюдения требований, установленных названным Федеральным законом и другими федеральными законами. Фотосъемка одного участника гражданских правоотношений не должна посягать на права других их участников. В соответствии с частью 1 статьи 152.1 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации обнародование и дальнейшее использование изображения гражданина (в том числе его фотографии, а также видеозаписи или произведения изобразительного искусства, в которых он изображен) допускаются только с согласия этого гражданина. После смерти гражданина его изображение может использоваться только с согласия детей и пережившего супруга, а при их отсутствии - с согласия родителей. Такое согласие не требуется в случаях, когда: использование изображения осуществляется в государственных, общественных или иных публичных интересах; изображение гражданина получено при съемке, которая проводится в местах, открытых для свободного посещения, или на публичных мероприятиях (собраниях, съездах, конференциях, концертах, представлениях, спортивных соревнованиях и подобных мероприятиях), за исключением случаев, когда такое изображение является основным объектом использования; гражданин позировал за плату.

Если фотосъемка в общественном месте имеет целью сбор информации о частной жизни лица, то без согласия этого лица она не допускается исходя из части 1 статьи 24 Конституции Российской Федерации. Эти же действия, направленные на раскрытие личной и семейной тайны гражданина, умаление его чести и доброго имени, не должны осуществляться в любом случае. Также необходимо отметить, что в соответствии с подпунктом «б» пункта 16 Федеральных авиационных правил «Требования авиационной безопасности к аэропортам», утвержденных приказом Минтранса России от 28 ноября 2005 года № 142, использование без разрешения администрации аэропорта кинокамер, фото- и видеоаппаратуры не допускается в контролируемой зоне аэропорта. В Правилах пользования Московским метрополитеном, утвержденных постановлением Правительства Москвы от 16 сентября 2008 года № 844-ПП, содержится запрет осуществлять кино-, видеосъемки без письменного разрешения руководства метрополитена (п. 2.11.13). Распоряжением ОАО «РЖД» от 18 июля 2008 года № 1513р утверждено специальное Положение о проведении теле-, видео-, кино- и фотосъемок на объектах инфраструктуры общего пользования, принадлежащих ОАО «Российские железные дороги», в пункте 3 которого оговаривается, что оно не распространяется на съемки, предназначенные для личного пользования и проводимые в местах обслуживания пассажиров на вокзалах, станциях, остановочных пунктах, не мешающие и не создающие неудобств и опасности для передвижения пассажиров. Таким образом, подобную съемку возможно вести без получения соответствующего разрешения. Что касается торговых залов и иных помещений организаций, реализующих товары, работы и услуги потребителям, то производимая в них фото- и видеосъемка согласуется с Законом Российской Федерации от 7 февраля 1992 года № 2300-1 «О защите прав потребителей», гарантирующим право любого потребителя на получение необходимой и достоверной информации об изготовителе (исполнителе, продавце), режиме его работы и реализуемых им товарах (работах, услугах). Коммерческую тайну размещенная там информация составлять не может. Необходимо принимать во внимание, что в каждом конкретном случае при решении вопроса о возможности и порядке проведения фотосъемки следует исходить из необходимости соблюдения конституционных прав каждого гражданина на свободный поиск, получение, передачу, производства и распространение информации о жизни, личной и семейной тайне, на защиту своей чести и доброго имени (статья 23 Конституции Российской Федерации), на охрану своего изображения (статья 152.1 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации), защиту сведений об органах, осуществляющих оперативно-розыскную деятельность (статья 12 Федерального закона 12 августа 1995 года № 144-ФЗ «Об оперативно-розыскной деятельности»), защиту государственной и иной охраняемой законом тайны (статья 5 Закона Российской Федерации от 21 июля 1993 года № 5485-1 «О государственной тайне»). Таким образом, проведение фотосъемки и видеосъемки в общественных местах возможно с соблюдением прав и свобод гражданина и в случае отсутствия запрета на ее проведение.
