Got 2 xfl 1522's with 2 cobalt 3500.1 orion amplifiers. 1 amp per subwoofer and matched settings. Subs 1 ohm, amps 1 ohm set at 36.5 volts. So about 1330 watts rms per speaker in a 7 cubic ft box, with subs inverted. 0 gauge power and ground. 6 gauge speaker wires. Stock battery and alternator. These subs are amazing. Perfect budget build. Amps were 110 each. Subs 198 each on ebay. 30 on 2 sets of complete 0 gauge amp wiring kit. Another 50 on supplies to build box that hits 18 hertz. Maan, seriously.... Xfl 1522 with red stitching in my opinion can handle 1500 watts. Very underrated subwoofer. Take my word for it... Getting 2 more 15's.

Its going to depend on your frequency settings but not that much .

The one you said was an 8" yellow diaphram, looks more like a 6.5". Oh why do you have the XR face down on the surround.. Makes me cringe knowing the weight is on the surround and cone..
