An American couple working for a mission group in Haiti was ambushed and killed by Haitian gangs along with the organization’s local director.
Natalie and Davy Lloyd were fatally shot Thursday night in northern Port-Au-Prince. The two were full-time missionaries for the Oklahoma-based “Missions in Haiti Inc,” an organization founded by Davy Lloyd’s parents.
Natalie Lloyd’s father - Missouri State Rep. Ben Baker - joined LiveNOW from FOX to honor his daughter’s life and legacy.

Yup, they shouldn't have even been there. I've learned wherever there is smoke, there is fire. I wouldn't have went. They have to understand those Haitians are still bitter of the restrictions that the French put on them. The oppression, along with what the Clinton's have done. I don't condone the violence but I understand. They shouldn't have been there point blank.

To that DR dude, DR is Haiti running by US. How can you occupied Haiti when Haiti fought to set you free until you became colonized for HOT DOGS. Haitians are the ones who drive your economy.DR is Hispaniola which belongs to Haiti. Ask your government to show you DR’ right to the land!! If anything. The Biden administration equipped your government hoping to take over the Hispaniolas. Knowledge is power, and that’s what your people don’t have. You don’t even know Haiti’ history , and that’s why you don’t know that you are occupying Haiti’s land. Most of you are too ignorant to learn about your culture. Your tourist market only offer Haitian arts because you don’t have no history to show the world. DR’ streets have more gangs than Haiti which don’t talk about because your president is US puppet. Those gangs in uniform in Haiti are all Dominicans dressed in Haitian uniforms as if we don’t know that. Your president was just selected again to give away your rights. You’re too busy getting drunk and eating pizza to know what’s going in your own bowered mind 🤪

@@desmondjefferson2127 You don't understand the spiritual reasons they made this choice. Also, do you think you are safe because you are choosing most likely to live in America? You could die in a car crash any day, be killed in a random grocery store shooting. These are foolish and insensitive comments. These two probably made far more impact in their lives than you have sir in their short lives with their impact towards the children and families they served, and even their short marriage and the love they shared.

It's a very painful situation for every single one of us. Did you know the war guns those heartless gangs are using to kill have been poured in Haiti like candy from the United States? Did you know that Haitians are living in extreme poverty, like animals, due to the international community being so deeply involved in Haiti politics? Did you know that people in our government are handpicked in advantage of the international community? Did you know that we vote every election but can never get the government that we vote for? We have been set for failure our independence regime til today. Keep that in mind, my friend! Insecurity in one country is also insecurity in other countries. That why we must treat each other the same way we want to be treated. Thus, we will enjoy a safer world together.

Haiti is at the point where it needs every help that it can get. We didn't create this mess in Haiti. Those outsiders who created the mess must clean it up. What must really be done is to listen and respect the Haitian people choices. We want to have an army, the international community refuses to let us do it. Every count county needs their army to protect their land. We asked that Guy Phillipe is placed in power to lead the transition; instead, the international community managed to allow 7 presidents and 2 counselors in such a poor country. Every single one of them 7 presidents are dishonest people who have been in power before and they are part of the problem. What kind of mess is that?
