The building's structure used the the French ferro-concrete Hennebique system. The Liver Buildings was the first large scale implementation of the system so all modern skyscrapers can be traced back to it

Liverpool outside city centre it's all rough apart from the areas where rich people live, and even their city centre can be dangerous when I worked there in 2019 some guy got his throat slit outside the club. Also Liverpool is the only place where the Albanian gangs aren't in control

So it’s interesting you said he looks Middle Eastern, this all goes back to the Trans Atlantic Slave trade. So the city of Liverpool has a small black community but at the same time it is the UK’s oldest black community, that is said to have been around since the Trans Atlantic slave period. This black community was said to have existed before The Windrush (The UKs Caribbean immigration 1948) and also before WW2. The reason for Liverpools black community famously looking so light skinned is because the time they have been present as a small black community living in a predominantly white country for a long period of time they have mixed with the white surrounding English. The majority of the UK’s black community grew post WW2 1948 which was first the Wndrush generation from the ex British Caribbean colonies that were still British at the time which most received their independence in the 1960’s. The Windrush dependance moved to every English and wales inner city, with the majority living in London, Birmingham, Manchester and some moved to Toxteth Liverpool mixing with the black community that was already there. Now Caribbeans and any other Trans Atlantic immigration has come to and end in the UK. The Larger and faster growing black community is the African black community which dominates Europe.
