I feel I need to quote Prince to answer the question of Roger: He's not a woman, he's not a man; he is something that you'll never understand. And I'm using "he/him" lightly, as he's really not male. Honestly, that's the best thing about Roger. As an actual alien creature, our classifications of sex don't apply to him. He becomes whatever he wants at that moment in time. There's an episode where he laments not having a penis. And there's another where he uses a split-open stress ball to simulate a vagina. He just... does whatever.

Yeah. That's true. He's pretty much just there. He seems like a super hedonist though. Sex, alcohol, drugs. He's all about that carnal pleasure. It works on other levels since he does all this crazy shit too. Like that episode where he ran over all those guys.

I've read from other commenters that Roger should be considered gender fluid and will have sex with both men and women at any given time mostly while he is wearing one of his many disguises. Roger according to the episode "1600 " is about 1600 years old so he's been around awhile.
