I absolutely love AE clothes and most of my closet is from them, but I would love to see how you style some of these pieces so they work for multiple seasons. Because AE clothes tend to be a little pricey I’d love to see how things like flannels and tanks can be styled for opposite seasons. I know it’s a simple idea and kind of self explanatory but some outfit inspo with pieces like that would be super helpful! ILY❤️

Hi, I think I can assist you! I was an employee at AE for around a year. Entering the job I had 0 experience in the retail world and didn't know anything! They ask you simple.... I mean simple things! Such as.. what do you do in your free time, what's your favorite item from us, how would you initiate a conversation with a customer and more personal questions about school and such. IMPORTANT: DO NOT FREAK OUT AND OVERTHINK IT. Be calm and collected and really know your strengths and weaknesses before you walk in there. My AE location was incredibly chill with everything and if you treated them with respect and as a person, you got the same in return! Working at AE as a whole was an awesome experience and it was probably one of the most entertaining jobs I have had! The discount was nice too hahah. I hope this helps a little bit :).

i went and tried on the mom jeans today but i feel like they didn’t fit me right. i’m a pretty standard size 0 at american eagle but there was a ton of gapping, especially in the butt. maybe i’m just too thin and dont have enough to fill them out but is there a similar style i can try? i already tried to tomgirl and they fit pretty much the same way
