Most of the sound are pronounce that way, that I say that it's wrong in common. And you say that is right

One more thing about the English "T" is that it is aspirated, or pronounced with a slight burst of air. I think most English consonants do this. It's important because a lot of other languages don't have an aspirated "T" pronunciation.
