Thrill's gum has been around for a VERY long time and is actually "ROSEWATER' flavoured. Herbals AND florals were once very popular flavourings from the past but are more common now in toiletries/health and beauty products as scents - hence reminds people of SOAP!

In canada it says everything in French and in English because they are both official languages so when they were reading arachnids it was actually arachides which just means peanut in French ( I'm bilingual from Ontario )
